The Contents Processing Technician Course (CPT) is a three day course focusing on technician development for any restoration company of any size. There is a heavy focus on the core skills within the contents processing trade to emphasize the best practices for efficiency and profitability. Evaluation, Inventory, Packing, Cleaning and Deodorization are core topics covered in depth. Common problems and their solutions are discussed including breakage and loss, productivity and efficiency as well as the complete basics of cleaning contents as well as structural items. Technicians will find a path to success coming out of this three day program.
