an evaluation of the trainees' knowledge retention by means of both a written test for the theory portion of the course and a proficiency checklist for the practical portion.
Instructions
All students should bring the following PPE for their training course.
Hard hat, Safety Boots, Gloves, Full Body Harness.
All of these items can be purchased on site with the exception of safety boots.
