The flat head on these angle grinders has a low profile to fit into small angles, deep seams, and other tight spaces where a standard head would be too large. Their rat-tail grip forms a tapered body that’s longer but slimmer than a barrel grip. This allows for better control and a more comfortable hold to reduce fatigue during extended use. They are designed for a two-handed grip with one hand on the body and the other hand on the side handle.
