tED magazine announced this year’s “30 Under 35", which highlights the best and brightest young members within their industry. 

“These talented people are the rising stars within our industry,” said Misty Byers, editor of tED magazine. “They are the industry’s future. Through their accomplishments, these professionals have demonstrated that they have the skills to lead.” ⁽¹⁾

Juliana is the first Hazmasters employee to be nominated for this distinction, the first female Canadian, and one of only three Canadians to be recognized in 2019.

As Director of Pricing Strategy and Analytics, Juliana leads a team of IT, analysts, and marketing professionals in her role of directing Hazmasters’ revolution into using data and analytics as not only tools to help in business decisions but also to lay a foundation of using data to be the base of all of the company’s internal business units. Juliana has put learning into the forefront of developing her career. As Hazmasters’ LEAN champion, she participates in a variety of Kaizens in operations, sales, administration, etc., along with seminars and industry and technology sessions.

“Juliana is an exceptional employee who has taken the lead in directing our evolution into using Data and Analytics as not only tools to help our business decisions but to also lay a foundation of using Data to be the base of all our internal business units,” says Roger James, VP and GM of Hazmasters. “Her enthusiasm and high engagement are infectious, and her collaborative nature has helped her create strong relationships with every level in our organization. Juliana is one of only two WESCO employees to date to have been recognized with this honour.
