SLOW DOWN!

Especially in residential areas - children may be unpredictable and stray from the sidewalk.

BE VISIBLE!

Use flashlights, reflective strips, or glow sticks so that drivers can see you while trick or treating.

CLEAR WALKWAYS!

Make sure that the steps up to your house are well lit, and decorations are not in the way.

DRESS SAFELY!

Wear layers underneath costumes if the weather is chilly, and make sure there are no tripping hazards on the costume.
