ThunderBolt Storm Detector

The ThunderBolt Storm Detector tracks storms and detects lightning from 120 km away. Protect people and equipment with this virtual weather station that fits into the palm of your hand. The ThunderBolt's self-contained technology works independently of any other weather source, giving you first-hand, real-time information. It tells you when you are in the path of a thunderstorm, and tells you how long you have to reach safe cover. The TB-U1 Utility Model 350 features a heavy-duty fully gasketed housing made from ABS plastic to withstand rugged use. This unit calculates approach speed and ETA and has a text message library containing over 50 messages for different storm situations that will appear on the backlit screen. The TB-U1 package includes an operational manual, hard-shell carrying case, wall mount, AC Adaptor, 9-volt battery, and your choice of either a desk stand or a nylon carrying pouch. Additional optional accessories available, including an Aquapac waterproof case and a DC car adaptor.
