  • 30 years experience as an Occupational Health & Safety Professional
  • Experience in the aviation, emergency services and law enforcement industries, developing and instructing many occupational health and safety programs
  • Instructed one of the first through confined space programs in North
  • America in the 1980s, including constructed confined space simulators
  • Certified Hazmat Technician, developing and instructing hazmat programs and responding to hazmat calls for local fire departments

Bruce Waterer

  • 20 years experience in safety training, 11 years training in the railroad industry
  • 30 years experience in the construction industry, including bridge building, heavy equipment operations and hazmat operations
  • Consultant for fall protection and confined space hazard assessments, anchor re-certifications with pull testing and scaffold inspections

  • 25 years experience in safety training
  • Experience as Lead Safety Hand overseeing safety and rescue on gas plant turnarounds and shutdowns
  • Industry experience in electrical installations, building construction and chemical manufacturing
  • Co-creator and co-editor on ENFORM’s original Rig Work Fall Protection and Rig Work Fall Rescue courses

  • Committee member for the Manitoba Working at Heights and Scaffolding
  • Work Groups to develop provincially approved training and training provider standards
