Miller GlideLoc Ladder Systems Fall Arresters

Miller GlideLoc Ladder Systems Fall Arresters

All GlideLoc Fall Arresters lock immediately into the rail in the even of a fall. They offer smooth, quiet trailing action along the rail to provide an easier, more comfortable climb. The automatic design keeps both hands free for climbing and the integrated shock-absorbing mechanism reduces force on the worker and system in the event of a fall. The fall indicator alerts user to know when to remove the product from service and the design prevents upside-down installation which increases worker safety by ensuring proper attachment. No requirement needed to lean back while climbing which reduces fatigue and is ideal for ladder cages and confined spaces.

Three models available (pictured top to bottom):

  • The Comfort GlideLoc Fall Arrester attaches at the top or bottom of the rail and has ten glide rollers that are protected on the outside by a flexible rubber ring. It is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum to hold up well in corrosive environments.
  • The Comfort II GlideLoc Fall Arrester is specially designed for highly corrosive environments and is ideal for applications which require stainless steel components with access to the ladder for entry/exit at the top or bottom of the ladder.
  • The Universal II GlideLoc Fall Arrester is designed to be installed and removed from the rail anywhere along the system, enabling transfer onto platforms and entry onto systems where the ladder is submerged in snow. The click-lock function ensures proper installation and no intermediate entry/exit gates are required. The body is constructed of stainless steel to hold up well in corrosive environments.
