On November 1, 2005, Fibre-Metal Products was acquired by North Safety Products, a global manufacturing leader of PPE. Later, in 2008, North Safety Products was acquired by Honeywell, which continues to offer the trusted, well-recognized Fibre-Metal brand products through its Honeywell Safety Products business.
Honeywell Safety Products is in the process of integrating two leading safety solution organizations and as a result, all products formerly under the Sperian brand are now under the various Honeywell brands.
